Facade access
For joint sealing, local repairs or facade inspection, mark the work area on a full-building photo. Height and horizontal distance from the vehicle are assessed together.
For exterior work on newer buildings, show the access surface and the exact facade point. This affects lift placement. Before facade work at a new block, confirm whether the surface beside the wall is finished. For a roof work point, also show the parapet and the distance from it to the equipment or repair area.

Roof-edge access requires eaves height and the proposed parking position. For a point behind a parapet or further onto the roof, mark its setback from the edge and any obstacles.
For local facade-panel replacement, show the panel dimensions and fixing position. Suitability depends on access to the joint, vehicle position and permitted platform load.
Send the address, work height and photos of the facade, access route and lift parking space.
Message on TelegramGive the height in metres and mark the point on a photo. Floor count does not show vehicle setback, canopies or other obstacles and cannot establish reach on its own.
That depends on height, edge setback, parapet and vehicle position. A working height of up to 45 m does not imply the same horizontal reach.
Not necessarily. Facade length and distances to end points are assessed against boom geometry. Show access along the building so possible repositioning can be discussed.
Describe the job and send a photo of the work area.
